(HOUSTON, TX) – Rycore Capital, in partnership with an affiliate of Blue Vista Capital Management, LLC, a real estate investment management firm with approximately $4.8 billion in total capitalization. The acquisition is the first for the partnership. Rycore and its affiliates will provide operational, asset, property and construction management services to the partnership. Mike Navarro of Kane, Russell, Coleman, Logan PC represented the buyer as acquisition legal counsel.
The Portfolio consists of two, one (1) story buildings that were built in 1983 and provide 16 units for lease. There is one dock high building, 16223, that is 18’ clear and 8 OHD and one grade level building, 16203, that is 12’ clear and 12 OHD.
